Education
At Aardwark we grow personally and professionally
We set up a development plan with each Aardwarker, which is evaluated on a semi-annual basis with the assigned coach.
Aardwarkers can choose which courses, certificates and training they are interested in, after an agreement with the coach.
At the same time, we organise regular in-house training workshops and seminars. We are an IBM partner and have exclusive access to training materials. In selected semesters of the year we organise an internal Aardwark Academy on selected topics (e.g. full-stack development, DevOps, etc.).
