Education

At Aardwark we grow personally and professionally

We set up a development plan with each Aardwarker, which is evaluated on a semi-annual basis with the assigned coach.

Aardwarkers can choose which courses, certificates and training they are interested in, after an agreement with the coach.

At the same time, we organise regular in-house training workshops and seminars. We are an IBM partner and have exclusive access to training materials. In selected semesters of the year we organise an internal Aardwark Academy on selected topics (e.g. full-stack development, DevOps, etc.).

At Aardwark we offer individual mentoring where a personal mentor supports your technical, personal, and professional growth.
Educational courses
You can constantly learn and grow. You can be part of the Aardwark Competence Centre and develop your experience.
Regular feedback
Our Aardwarkers receive regular feedback and your skillful work on the project will not go unrewarded.
Professional and personal growth
Each Aardwarker has their own development plan, which is evaluated semi-annually with their own assigned coach.

We have a monthly budget for our employees for activities that they can choose themselves.
Stability and long-term projects
The projects are truly long-term and we strive for a smooth transition to each new project. If there is space between projects, we cover it with bench activities.
Allowance for meals
All full-time employees receive a financial allowance for meals and also a contribution to the Multisport card. We'll keep you fit and fed.
Option of remote working
You choose what suits you better – you can work remotely if you prefer, or you can use our offices in Bratislava, Košice, or Prague.
